Bench Press - Strict Pull-Ups - Burpees


The rig has been restructured to accommodate those athletes who like the lower bar.


Workout of the Day:

3 rounds
1 minute AMRAP(as many reps as possible)

Bench Press(body weight/ 3/4 body weight)
Strict Pull-Ups
Burpess
2 minute rest
