Triple 3's

In the spirit of the 2014 CrossFit Games, we decided to give everyone a taste of the "Triple 3's". Athletes could choose to do a "Triple 1", "Triple 2" or take the full dose.

3000m Row
300 Double-Under Jump Rope
3 Mile Run
